Protein blend (calcium caseinate (milk), whey protein concentrate (milk)) ; thickeners : corn starch, cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose ; flavours (milk) ; salt ; colors : caramel, beta-carotene ; sweeteners : aspartame (contains phenylalanine), potassium acesulfame ; methionine ; anticaking agent : silicon dioxide ; acidity regulator : magnesium oxide.

Mixing Instructions
1 - Empty one serving (23 g of powder) into a bowl.
2 A - For a PUDDING : add slowly 115 ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolve. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes until firm.
2 B - For a MOUSSE : prepare like a pudding and stir in one white egg firmely beaten. Refrigerate.
2 C - For a MILK SHAKE : empty one packet in an electric mixer, add 220 ml of cold water and mix. 3 - Consume in the 10 followings minutes.
